THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Husband's Motion
For Modification and Contempt. and the Court hearing only the
Motion For Contempt, and the Court finding that neither party
is in contempt of the Court's Order, and that the visitation
needs to be specifically provided for~ it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That commencing the 1-3th day of March, 1981, the
Husband shall have v'isitation with the minor child of the
parties, to-wit: JOHN TOMLIN from 5:00 p.m. Friday evening
to 9:30 p.m. Sunday evening and continuing every other weekend
thereafter and that the Husband shall have visitation with'the
minor child of the parties, to-wit: JOHN TOMLIN every Wednesday
evening from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m commencing the 18th day of
March, 1981.
2. That the Husband shall have the right to telephone the
minor child of the parties, to-wit: JONN TOMLIN every
Thursday evening between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
3. That commencing the 20th day of March, 1981, the Wife
shall have visitation with the minor child of the parties, to-
wit: STEVEN TOMLIN from 5:00 p.m. Friday evening to 9:30 p.m.
SULLIVAN Sunday evening and continuing every other weekend thereafter
