4, That the Wife shall have the right to telpehone the
minor child of the parties. to-wit: STEVEN TOMLIN every
: Thursday evening between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
S. That the purpose of the visitation as provided herein
. is to enable the minor children of the parties to be together
on each weekend visitation and the Wednesdav evenin~ visitation.
6. That the Husband shall have visitation with the minor
child of the parties. to-wit: JOHN TOMLIN during the month of
June and that the Wife shall have visitation with the minor
child of the parties. to-wit:

7. That the parties shall divide the visitation with the
minor children of the parties during the month of August with
the Wife having visitation with the minor child of the parties,
to-wit: STEVEN TOMLIN from August 1, 1981 to August 13, 1981
and the Husband having visitation with the minor child of the
parties, to-wit: JOHN TOMLIN from August 14, 1981 to August
26, 1981.
8. That the Court specifically enters a restraining order
against each of the parties prohibiting them from harassing,
contacting, bothering, annoying and/or interfering with one
another in any manner whatsoever.
9. That both parties, in addition to the mutual restrainin~
order, are hereby en;oined, restrained and/or prohibited in any
manner from degrading, belittling, down-grading, making
derogatory statements or in anyway lower the moral dignity of
the other parent iTi the presence of the minor children of the
parties, either independently or jointly.
