THIS CAUSE coming before the Court to be heard and the
Court being fully advised in the premises~ it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, PHILLIP EARL
NUNTER, pay the sum of ONE HUNiDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) to
ERNON N. SIDAWAY~ III~ 220 South Second Street, P.O. Box 3388,
Fort Pierce, Florida~ as attorney's fees for the hearing held
herein on December S, 1980 as previously ordered#by this Court.
Said sum shall be paid on or before ` l~ ~~1~~
Failure to pay said sur.i as ordered shall result in Husband being
held in contempt of this Court.
