ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This cause came on before this Court upon the Motion for an
Order of Contempt for failure to pay attorneys fees and costs
filed herein. From the testimony taken, it appears that the
Husband, CRAIG COCKRELL, has the ability to pay and that failure
to pay is willful. It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband CRAIG COCKRELL is found to be in willful
contempt of court for failure to pay attorney's fees and costs in
the amOUlit Of $ 378.00 t0 BEN L. BRYAN, JR., ESQ.
2. As punishment the Husband, CRAIG COCKRELL, is hereby
sentenced to `C days in the County Jail; however, he may purge
himself by the paymznt of $100.00 within 3~~_days from the date
of this order, with payments thereafter at the rate of $25.00 per _
month until paid in~full.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida,
