O R D E R
TRIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the 27th
day of February, A.D,, 1981, upon the Petitioners' request
for temporary custody of a minor child, and the Court ha~•ing
heard the argument of counsel and reviewed the facts before
it, it is thereupon
,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition be and the same
is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEU that the Departr~ent of Health and
Rehabilitative Services shall make an investigation and social
study concerning all pertinent details relating to the child
and each party. The Department shall furnish the Court with
a written report with its recommendations and a written state-
ment of facts fonnd in its social investigation on Khich its
recommendations are based.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Florida,
