And the Court having given full considera~ion to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdictior, of the parties and subjec~ matter of this suit; that the relation uf Husband and Vlife now exists between the parties, the equities are with the Husband, and against the Wife to dissolution of marriage. CASE N0. 80-1641 FR , and the Husband is entitled ORDERED and ADJUDGED as fol~ows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF N~.ARRIAGE. The oarriage between JAMES W. LOYD, Husband, and PATTY JOAN MUMPOWER LOYD, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved~ and the said parties and each of them are Y.ereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERT`l. There is no real or personal property to be divided between the Husband and Wife. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
