THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court for final hearing
on the lOth day of March, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein, and
the Court having heard testimony, observed the parties and witnesses
and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, finds and
determines:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit;
2. The relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties;
3. There is one child born of this marriag,e;
4. The marriage b et~veen the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved;
S. All matters pertaining to property have been amicably
resolved; It is thereuFor.
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between DAVID ELIJAH MARTIN,
Husband~ and REBECCA LYNN MARTIN, Wife. be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing betwecn them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. - •
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit:
TABITHA LYNN MARTIN, d.o.b. March 12, 1980, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 13th day of
March, 1981, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 each
