to continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to REBECCA LYNN MARTIN. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shaZl be maae
in cash, money order or cashiers check. BoCh of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect,
4. OTHER~CHILD SUPPORT, The Husband will pay to Lawriwood
Medical Center, as and for additional child support to that set forth
in Paragraph 3 hereof, the sum of $500.00 towards the medical bills
incurred as a result of the birth of the child.
The Wife will pay to Lawnwood Medical Center the sum of
$200.00 towards the medical bills incurred as a result of the birth of
the child.
S~id amounts shall be paid within one year of the date
of this Order,
S. MEDICAL AND DENTAL BILI.S. Each party shall pay one-h~lf
of all medicaZ and d~ental bills incurred for the treatment and examination
of the child, which amount i~icludes, but is not limited to, the cost of
prescription drugs and orthodontic care, if necessary and proper.
6. COSTS AND ATTORN~Y'S FEES. Each party shall bear his or
her respective attorney's fees and court costs in this action.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County, Florida,
