FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there-
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ROGER DiVAGNO and RUTH A.
DiVAGNO be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
a1d each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of ROXANNE DiVAGNO and RHONDA ARLEEN DiVAGNO,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, RUTH
A. DiVAGNO, with liberal rights of visitation reserved to the
Husband, ROGER DiVAGNO.
3. Commencing Friday, March 13, 1981 the Husband, ROGER~.
DiVAGNO, shall pay to the Wife, RUTH A. DiVAGNO, the sum of $8e.00
each and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to RUTH A. DiVAGNO. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
