IN THE MARRIAGE OF GARY FRANCIS ELLWOOD, Husband and JANICE FAYE ELLWOOD, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the llth day of March, 1981 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between GARY FRANCIS ELLWOOD and JANICE FAYE ELLWOOD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri- mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of CLAY ALLEN ELLWOOD and BRIC FRANCIS ELLWOOD, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to JANICE FAYE ELLWOOD with reasonable visitation rights reserved to GARY FRANCIS ELLWOOD. 3. Commencing the 12th day of March, 1981 GARY FRANCIS ELLWOOD shall pay to JANICE FAYE ELLWOOD the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) each and every month for the support of the minor children named above.
