STACY HILL, Wife. . --------------- --- FINAL JUDGMEt~T DISS L M~IRRIAGE This cause came on for trial the lOth day of March, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determine~: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there- upon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JAY ROY HILL and STACY HILL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of RON MARTINIQUE HILL, minor child of the parties, is hereby awared to STACY HILL with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAY ROY HILL who shall have the right of visitation with the child on alternate week- ends and one short visit during the "off week" with notice to the wife. 3. SUPPORT: Cam~encing the 13th day of March, 1981 JAY ROY HILL shall pay to STACY HILL the sum of $35.00 each and every week, for the support of the child name3 above and in~addition thereto shall pay a sum equal to one-half of the mortgage payment until the home is sold as hereinafter provides. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to STACY HILL, 3402 Avenue R, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
