The wife shall make two lists; listing the properties as near as she can equally dividing the same and the husband shall have the right to take either list particularly providing that the party taking the property under lien, should it be the husband, he should rei~urse the wife for payments from the date of this order and should it be the wife, she shall assume and complete the payments thereon. C. The husband is awarded the pool table, as agreed at the Hearing and assume the lien payments thereon. D. Qy agreement the husband is awarded the Lincoln automobile as hi s property and . the wi fe is awarded a Chevrolet automobi le as fier property with the husband to effect a legal inspection sticker thereon. E. That the husband shall pay the loan against the pool table as set out in paragraph 4C and the lien against the wife's Chevrolet automobile. 5. FEES AND COSTS. Each of the parties shall bear their own attorney fiees and as to the Final Hearing the husband is to pay the wife's costs in the ar~ount of $102.00, paying the same-to the wife's attorney, CNARLES WM. STONE. 6. RESTRAINIWG ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from harassment, embarrassment, intimidation, of either party as to the other party and that the respondent, JAY ROY HILL, shall visit the premises herein awarded the wife and forn~er home of the parties, only by appointment and notice to the wife. 7.
