Z. LAURA THELMA MCMANUS, being of sound mind and
disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT and hereby revoke any and all former wills and
codicils by me made.
ITEM I.

I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to
pay alI my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible
after my death as conveniently may be and to that end charge my
whole estate, real and personal, with the same.
ITEM II_ -
- I give, devise and bequeath unto my_husband, CALVIN
B. MCMAMJS, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real
personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,
provided that he survive me. In the event that my husband does no
survive me, then said property shall go to my daughter, BETTY JEAN
