Goose Creek, South Carolina, is entitled t~ nreference in appointment
as Personal Representative because she is the named Personal Representative
in the domiciliary proceedinqs in Berkeley County, South Carolina, and
is the dauqhter of the decedent. Petitioner is quaLified to serve as

6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be pending in
another state an~ county,, namely eerkeley County, South Carolina. Letters
have been issued by the Probate Court of Berkeley County, South Carolina,
to BFTTY JEAN FAIL ROGERS as Executrix, whose address is 123 Marilyn
Avenue, Goose Creek, South Carolina. -
7. The nature and approximate value of the ass~ts in this estate
subject to probate in the State of Florida consist solely of vacant
property. The apnroximate value of said assets is less than $60,d00.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in para~raph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's Will probated in the
Probate Court of IIerkeley County, South Carolina, an~ an authenticated
copy of the Pr~of of Will, Qualification of Fiduciary, Letters of
Authority and a certified copy of the Death Certificate of the decedent,
as well as a certified copy of the Death Certificate of decedent's
spouse, Calvin B. McManus, who predeceased the decedent, all accom~any
this petition.
10. The Will of the decedent waives the requirement of the filing
of any bond of the Executrix, who is the reRtiested Personal Representative
appointee in this petition, and is the sole legatee of all property of
the estate, and no purpose would be servPd hy requiring her to file a
bond.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be admitted to probate
as it complies with F. S. 732.502 and that AnciLlary I,etters of Adminis-
tration be issued to B~TTY .TEAN FAIL ROGERS.
