of ancillary letters of administration to BF.TTY ~7EAN~FAIL ROGER~, has
bc.n cons~3~red by this Court and it finds that:
1. LAi1RA TIIFI.MA McAt11NC1S died on P.Aril 27, 1974, and at the
time of death was domicil~d in Berkeley County, South CaroZina.
2. Her Will has been duly admitted to probate and record in the
Probate Cou~t, Berkcley C~unty, South Carolina, the Court having probate
jurisdiction at her domicile.
3. She ~~,~ned real property in Pal.m ae~~ch, Indian River and
Lee Counties, Florida.
4. The ~etitioner has f.iled authenticated copies of the Will,
the petition for probate, the orcier admittina will to probate and letterso
from the domiciliary-proceeciinqs; the Will comnlies with the law of
Florida so as to entitle it to prohate, toqether with De~th CeYtificate
of Calvin B. McM~nus, V~ho predeceased Laura Thelma McManus.
5. Petition~r. is qualified t~ serve as Ancillary Personal
Representative under the laws of th~ State of Florida.
