the s~m of $9,096.62, mortgagor. joined by his then wife, Marsha Wessler, mortgaged
certain real praperty described therein to mortgagee to secure payment of the
aforesaid obligation of $9,096.62; and
WE~RF.AS, said m~rgage ~d the PranissoYy Note sec~ed thereby are now
in DefaulC for failure to pay the payments when due and mortg,agor has secured
a ptnrchaser for the property, but as a candition precedent to accepting rein-
statement. of this c~blig,atian, mortgagee has required that the mortg,agor agree
to modify the terms a~d canditions of said mortgage as set forth herein.
NOW TI~REI~nRE, in consideration of the foregoing, $10.00 and other ~ood
and valuable consdierations, receipt of which is hereby aclartowledged, the parties
agree as follvws:
1. The aforesaid mortga~e held by mortgagee, dated April 11, 1979. re-
cerded at 0. R. Book 307 page 2294 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Canty,
Florida, is hereby mr~dified, to pravide that in the event of the sale or
transfer of the praperty m~rt~a;ed there~der, whether by gift, sale, devise,
or otheYwise, the entire tnpaid principal balance owing imder said m~rtg,age and
the Promissory Note secured thereby, shall forthwith become c~e and payable in
full, without notice, including any accn~ed and impaid interest due therean.
2. By acceptance of thsi Mortgage Modification Agreement, m~rtgageee
agrees to and accepts the transfer of.said property frcm cmrtgagor to Micha~l
Haselgrove and Kathleen Haselgrave, his wife, and Ray Van'rleerten,. and Judy Var~Seerten,
his wi.fe.
