THIS CAUSE was heard on March 9, 1981, upon the Motion for
Enforcement Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court•having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencinb on MARCH 13, 1981, the
Respondent shall pay $20.00 week on the arrearage in the amount of $2100.00
until the arrearage is paid in full. Said payment shall be in addition to
the current payment of $100.00 ~er every two weeks. '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of Health and
Rehabiltative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood
Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
hereby ordered to forward said regular support payment to the Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has been or is filed by the
De~artment directing said payment to the custodial parent.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on [his
