THIS CAllSE having come before the Court on the 9th day of March,
1981, upon the Motion for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein
by the Petitioner, and [he Petitioner being present in open court in person
and represented by counsel, and the Respondent having appeared in person in
open Court and not having been represented by counsel, and the Court having
heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the
premises, the Court finds: That the arrearage of $3306.00 previously ordered
by this Court to be paid on or before March 14, 1980 by order dated January 14,
1980, is still due and owing to the Petitioner from the Respondent; it is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REHABILITATIVE SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, shall have and recover from
the Respondent, JOHNNIE SMITH, the sum of $3306.00, for which let execution
issue.
DONE AND ORDERID at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on
[his (/ day of March, 1981.
