T1iIS CAUSE was heard on MARCH 9, 1981_ _, upon the Motion for

Respondent having not been present in ~pen court in person, and the Petitioner
tiaving been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the

in the premises, it is tt~erefore

is F~~ilty of willful contempt of this Court for f<iilure to pay child support

ORDERED M'D ADJUDGED that as punishment for his conter~pt the Resgondent
sl~all be conf~ned in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until JULY 7~ 1981 ,
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to [he Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before JULY 7, 1981 , tt~e sum of $~~~, plus $2.00 statutory
fee. tr.,^~ tl~e f~ilure of the Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before JULY 7, 1981 , you and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and

take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
