THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Respondent's
Oral Motion regarding Visitation and the Court having heard the Respondent
and having considered the papers filed herein, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MILLIE WILLIAMS shall be and she is
hereby found to be in contempt of this Court for violating the order of
this Court dated September 4, 1981, regarding visitatian and she is hereby
sentenced to serve one (1) day in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
Florida, you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are
ordered to take into custody MILLIE WILLIAMS as soon as she can be found
and deliver her to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution
of the above described sentence.
DONE AND ORDERID at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on
this ~ day of March, 1981.
