TNIS CAUSE was heard on MARCH 9, 1981 , upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Co~tempt previously filed herein by tl~e Petitioner. and the
Respon~lent h:eviei~~ not bee~ present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having be~en present in open court in person and re~r~~sented by counsel. and tt,e
Court having heard all of ti~e testimony of the p:irtics nnd being fully advised
in the pr~mises, it is tl~erefore
ADJUDGED that the Respondent. EARL JEROME PARSON ,
is guilty of willful contempt of this Cour[ for failure to pay child support
paymen[ . in the amount of S 250.00 ..-mount duc :~s ot January 23, 1981 ,
and t~e is adjud~ed in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDER~D AND ADJUDGF.O that as punisl~ment for his contempt the Respondent
yhall be conEined in tfic St. Lucie County Jail, Fort.Pierce, Florida, f~r a perloJ
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until ~Y~_~gl ,
conJitioned upon the Respondent paying t~- the (:lc•rk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before MAY 8, 1981 , tl~e sum of $ 250.00 , plus $2.00 etatutory
