ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida's
Petition for Modification and the Court havin~ reviewed the file
and considered the testimony of witnesses and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, WILLIAi4 E.
BALDWIN, SR., shall and he is hereby ordered to reimburse the
Department in the amount of $176.00, nlus $2.00 statutory fee,
on or before April 5, 1981, which amount shall be remitted by
the Clerk of Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida. 32304. Said payment shall be made in cash,
money order or cashiers check. All money orders and cashiers checks
shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall be
made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
