THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the petition of the DEPARTMENT
OF HEAI.TH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an assignment of righte to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it ie
