Together with all buildings. improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or place
therein, including all apparatus. equipment. fixtures or articles. whethsr in sin9le units or untrally controlted, used to
wpply heat. gas. air tonaitioning, water~ lisht. power. refrigeration. ventllation or othsr services. and any other thiny
now or hereaiter therein or thereon, the turnishing of whicA by lessors to leasees is customary or appropriate, including
