Together with all buiidings, improvements, fixtures or appurtanances now or hereafter erected thereon or place
therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in sinyle units or tentraily controlled, used to

provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Morgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of alt
