BEFORE ME, personally appeared JAMES R. CALLAHAN, who, upon
being duly sworn, deposes and says:
l. That he resided at 1006 East 18th Street, Stuart,
Florida 33494
during February, 1977 and did not reside and never
has resided at 100 N. Congress Avenue, Apartment 135, West Palm Beach,
Florida.
2. That he never belonged to EUROPEAN HEALTH SPAS, INC. in
Hollywood or West Palm 6each, Florida.
3. That he is not the JAMES CALLAHAN shown in that Final
Judgment issued by the County Court -in Broward i,ounty, Florida, dated
February 11, 1977.
4. This Affidavit is made in reference to the following
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 2, Block 665, PT. ST. LUCIE, SECTION 13, according
ta the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
page 4 and 4A throu~h 4~i, Public R,~cord.s of St. Iucie
Countl~ . Florida
