ORDER ON PRE-TRIAi. CONFERENCE
PRE-TRIAL CONFERENGE HAVING BEEN HELD, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
A. The parties stipulated to the existence of the lease
of January 9, 1975 and the lease of October 1, 1975, by and between
the nlaintiff, RAYMOND D. PARKS and the defendant, ST. LUCIE PLAZA
SHOPPING CENTER. All signatures on said leases are admitted as
authentic.
B. That at all times after April 15, 1975, the defendants
leased to Winn Dixie Food Stores certain premises located in ST.
LUCIE PLAZA, which premises included a delicatessen which sold hot
meals for consumption off the premises.
2. EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and presented
at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without
objection, except as hereinbelow reserved.
All objections regarding relevancy and materiality have been reserved.
Copies may be subsituted in lieu of originals for purposes of the
tr ial .
3. OTHER PROVISIONS: The plaintiff shall provided the defendant
with copies of all of its proposed exhibits within five (5) days of
the date hereof. The defendant shall be responsible to immediately
