. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counterplaintiffs, WILLIAM H. AMES
and MARGARET A. AMES, his wife, do have a judgment against Che
Counterdefendant~ FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY, in the amount
of $44.000.00. together with interest from Mar~h '~.~ , 1981, and
~osts to be taxed by the Court for the Counterplaintiffs, for which
let execution issue upon expiration of time for filing motion for new
trial or upon an Order being entered denying such motion in the event
the same is filed. The Court reserves jurisdiciton of this cause to
assess costs.
