FINAL JUDGMENT
This action was tried before the Court. On the evidence
presented, the Court finds that the Defendant is liable. It
is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Flaintiff, TRUCK & TRAILER
SERVICE, INC., recover from the Defendant, PETER HOLMAN, the
sum of $19,394.01 together with interest from September 1, 1980
and costs in the amount of $59.00, for which let execution issued.
