a portion of the cost•of the expansion, acquisition, construc-
tion, and installation of a capital project consisting of
industrial or manufacturing facilities, located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more specifically described as an expansion
of an existing bakery faci~ity for the production and packa-
ging of bread and other baked goods, and those portions of a
new building to be used as a distribution center and for
vehicle maintenance and similar purposes, located six miles
from said bakery facility, pursuant to the Florida Industrial
Development Financing Act, being Part II of Chapter 159,
Florida Statutes, as amended and providing for (a) the
approval of the form of a Guaranty Agreement among Flowers
Industries, Inc.., Flowers Baking Company of Fort Pierce,
Inc ., ( the "Company" ) and t21e Trustee hereinafter referred
to; (b) the authorization of acceptance of a deed for said
capital project from the Company to said County; (c) the
approval and authorization of execution and delivery of a
Trust Inden~ure, Mortgage and Security Agreement from said
County to the Trustee thereunder, as security for said

Bonds; (d) the approval and authorization of execution and
delivery of an Installment PurchasP P.~re~r.:e.^.~ se~~i.^.y sa~d
capital project to the Company; and it also appearing that
ali of the facts required to be stated by said Complaint and
exhibit by Chapter ?5 of the Florida Statutes, as amended,
are contained therein, and that said County prays that this
Court issue an order as directed by said Chapter 75, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, now, therefore,
IT IS OR~ERED that all property owners, taxpayers and
citizens of the County of St. Lucie, =:erida, including
r.bnresidents owning property or subject to taxation therein,
and ali others ha~~ing or claimina any right, title or interest
in property to be affected by the issuance of the above-
mentioned bonds, or to be affected thereby, and t2-.e State of
