Circuit, wherein said County of St. Lucie lieB, appear on
the 3rd day of April , 1981, at the hour of
1:30 .o'clock P.M., of said day, at Circuit Court Room
_~ in the Court House in the City of Fort Pierce, in the
County of St. Lucie in said Circuit, and show why the prayers
of the Complaint for the validation of said bonds should not
be granted and said $4,000,000 aggregate principal amount of
Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (£lowers Baking Company
of Fort Pierce, Inc. Project) Series 1981, and the proceedings
of the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County in
connection therewith should not be validated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that before the date set for the
hearing on said Complaint for Validation, the Clerk of this-
Court shall cause a copy of this Notice and Order to be
published in The News-Tribune, a newspaper published and of
general circulation in the County of St. Lucie, Florida,
once each week for three consecutive weeks, commencing with
the first publication which shall not be less than twenty
days before the date set for said hearing.
DONE AND ORDERED at the Court House in Fort Pierce,
Florida, this llth day of March , 1981.
