ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on Defendant General Development
Corporation's Motion to Tax Costs Including Attorneys' Fees and
the Court having heard the evidence presented by the parties and
being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
l. Petitioner pay Defendant's costs in the amount of
$455.62; Defendant's appraiser's fee in the amount of $24,000.00;
an expert witness fee to Defendant's witness John Brennan in the
amount of $200.00; and attorneys' fees to the Defendant in the
amount of $75,000.00, which amounts are to be deposited by
Petitioner into the registry of this Court. It is further,
ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall draw a check
to Warner, Fox & Seeley in payment of the costs, appraiser's fees
and attorneys' fees of the Defendant, in the total amount of
$99,655.62. ~
