I, AUSTIN F. BAUMAN, domiciled and residing in St.
Lucie County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills made by
me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness and costs of administering
~ my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death. i

SECOND: I give all of my estate to my Wife, HELEN V.
~ BAUMAN, if she survives me for thirty (30) days.
i THIRD: In the event that my Wife does not survive ~
i
~ me for thirty (30) days, I give my entire estate to my son, ~
~ ROBERT BAUMAN, absolutely and in fee simple forever. ~

~ FOURTH: I appoint my Wife, HELEN V. BAUMAN, Executor
~ of this Will and of my estate. If she is unable or unwilling
~ ~

j to serve, I appoint my son, ROBERT BAUMAN, to be Executor
~ Successor. The Executor of this will shall serve without i

~ compensation and shall not be required to furnish bond. ~

~ The Executor of this will is invested with full power

; and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose of ~

~ all personal and real property whenever they deem it necessary ~

' and at a price which they deem adequate, without the intervention ~

of any Court.
