Campbell, the domiciliary personal repre- sentative under the Will of William J. Anderton, deceased, alleges: 1. William J. Anderton died on July 28, 1980 at Naples, Florida, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated Aprii 10, 1980, executed wtten he was over the age of 1$ years and in the presence of three subscribing wit- nesses, Gary J. Dietsch, Amy L. Evans and Lydia Harris. 2. The decedent at the time of his death was domiciled in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and owned certain real and tangible personal property in the State of Florida, consis[ing of real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, having a value in the amount of approximately $50,000.00 and tangible personal property situated in that same county having a value in the amount of approximately $5,000.00. 3. The Last Will and Testament of the decedent was duly admitted to probate and record in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, by order dated August 4, 1980, that Court having probate jurisdiction at the domicile of the decedent. 4. Petitioner attaches as Exhibit "A" a duly authenticated trans- cript of t}ie appropriate portions of the domiciliary proceedings pursuant to Rule 5.470 of Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship procedure, the document by reference being made a part of this petitian.
