6. The domiciliary personal representative under the Will of
William J. Anderton is given the authority in paragraph 6.03 of the L~'ill
to select an ancillary personal representative to serve without bond, and
pursuant to such direction said domiciliary personal representative selecis
Paul Berkowitz, a resident of Dade County, Florida, to act as ancillarp
personal representative, without bond, in the State of Florida.
7. The beneficiaries of the estate entitled ta a majaritq inter~s~
in the Florida property have waived in writing any preference to appointmznt
in favor of Paul Berkowitz, whQse residence is 10145 S.W. 71st Avenue and
whose post office address is Miami, Florida 33156 and have requested that
he be so appointed, to serve without bond. Paul Berkowitz is qualified to
serve as ancillary personal representative.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that the Will be admitted to probate
and reeord in St. Lucie County, Florida, and that ancillary letters of
ad~inistration be issued to Paul Berkowitz.
