I, YILLIAM J. ANDERTON, a resident of Paroa Heights, Ohio, do sake~
publish and declare this inatrument to be oo,y Laat Will and Testaaent, hereby
revoking all wills and codicils heretofore iaade bp ~e.
ITEH I
Except as othervise provided in Item III hereof, I direct that sil
,, my debts, including expenses of my last illnesa, and funeral e~ensea, be
first paid f roo my estate.
ITEM II
I give and bequeath the sum of lwenty Ttiousand Dollars ($20,000.00)
to each grandchild of mine who survives me; provided, however, that if at
any time af ter the date of this ilill I give any sums of ~oney, securities,
or other property to such a grandchild (either directly or by ~eans of a
~ transfer to a custodian for such grandchild under the Uniforn Gifts to Miaors
Act of any state), such gifts shall (unleas I direct othes~ise in Writing),
to the extent thereof, be treated as taken in or toward satisfaction of
the bequest to such grandchild hereunder, and such bequest hereunder ahall
be considered adeemed to that extent. The size of any such ade~ption shall
be determiaed on the basis of the value of the groperty transferred at the
, time of any such gift, and my Executor may rely on such records as he deeos
satisfactory in determining the value of such gifts, whether I inteaded
