Should it be neces8ary to institute ancillary administration proceedinga in any etate other thaa the etate of ny residence at the time 1.63~+ of my,death, I designate my domiciliary Executor to serve as aacillary adminietrator in that~other jurisdiction. If he fails to qualify for any reason, the ancillary administrator shall be such person as mq Executor or any sucessor to him aha22 s~lect. aad I her~by gra~t ta m3r Baecutor cr any succeseor to him the suthority to select such person to serve•in auch capacity. Any such ancillary adminietrator shall enjoy all of the powers, duties, discretions and immunities granted my Executor hereunder, ia addition to any granted by lav. I direct that no bond be required of any auch ~-acillax~r admiaistrator so selected and appointed by the court having jurisdiction of the ancillary administration proceedings. 6.04. Except as hereinafter provided, my Executor ahall pay the estate, inheritance and succession taxes, atate, federal and foreign, including penalties and interest thereon, assessed by reason of my death, ~ other than any generation-skipping transfer taxea, and such taxes ahall be paid out of the residue of my testamentary estate, without recovery from ~ any recipient or beneficiary of any property by which such tax is meaaured, including, but not by Way of limitation, the recipients aad beneficiaries of property transferred by me during ny life, Whether in truat or otheri+ise, the proceeds of ineurance upon my life, property passing bq rig6t of survivorship, and property over which I had any po~er of appointment. One c~ ~; of tne conditiona of the devise ~nd bequests under Item III hereof, ho~rever, `~ is that Martha Gorcyca shall pay to my Executor aa amount equal to the eatate ~ taxes attributable to the inclusion in my groae estate of the property ;~ \ passing to her under that Item, and if Martha Gorcyca survives me and Wishes ~ ~~~~ to take such property she is to assume the burden of the taxes described ~ in this paragraph to that extent.
