ANCILLARY LETTERS OF ADMINFSTRATION
WHEREAS, William J. Anderton, late of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, died
testate owning real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, at the time of his
death; and
WHERFAS, an authenticated transcript of proceedings in the Probate
Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, has been filed and the Will has been ad-
witted to probate and record in this county; and
WHEREAS, I, the undersigned Circuit Judge, appointed Paul Berkowitz
as ancillary personal representative of the estate of the deceased on 9~
Av~~ , 1981, and he has taken the prescribed oath, and designated
a residenC agent;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, pH1~1P G. NOURSE , Circuit Judge of
St. Lucie County, Florida, Yrobate Division, desiring that•the estate of the
deceased may be well and truly administered according to law, declare
Paul Berkowitz to be duly qualified under the laws of Florida to act as
ancillary personal representative of the estate and grant to Paul Berkowitz
full poWer to administer the assets of the escate situated in the State
of Florida, to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive those assets and to
pay the debts of the estate"as far as the assets will extend and otherwise
administer the estate under the terms of the Will and according to Iaw.
IN TESTIHONY WHEREOF, the undersigned Circuit Judge has signed his
name and affixed his eal of office at St. Lucie County, ~Florida, on this
