Petitioner, LOUIE EUGENE CARTER, JR,, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as one of
the devisees of LOUIE EUGENE CARTER, deceased. Petitioner's name
and address is LOUIE EUGENE CARTER, JR., 14802 Elkins, Houston,
Texas (77060), and the name and address of petitioner's attorney
are set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LOUIE EUGENE CARTER, whose last known address was
3417 ftidgehaven Road, Fort Pierce, Florida (33450), and, if known,
whose age was ?2 years and whose social security number is
died on February lltb , 1981 at Indianapolis, Indiana, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in~St. Lucie County, Florida.
