5. LOUIE EUGENE CARTER, JR., whose address is 14802 Elkins,
Houston, Texas (??060) aad who is qualified under the laws oY the State
of Florida to serve as perso~al representative of the decedent's estate
is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because he is nominated and appointed in decedent's Last Will and
Testament.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are real property located in St, Lucie County, Florida, valued
in eccess of $10,000.00 and personal property valued in excess of ~5,000.00.
?. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of

Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that he be appointed personal representative of the Florida
estate of the decedent.
