being of sound mind and memory~ in full possession of all my
faculties, and capable of disposing judgment, reali2ing.as I do
the uncertainty of life, do make, declare and ordain, and by these~
presents have made, declared and ordained this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all testamentary dispositi
heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of my funeral expenses and of~,
all and singular my other just debts and obligations.
SECOND: A12 of the rest, residue ar~d remainder of my
estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wherever situated, I
give, devise and bequeath in equa] shares, to the following:
1. ~iy son, LODIE EUGENE CARTER, JK.
2. biy daughter, RAELLEN HAVERSTICK
3. biy son, DEO CARTER
to be theirs, absolutely and forever.
I have purposely left out a bequest to my son, FETER FRANCES
CARTER, for the reason that T have heretofore given to him the
share of my estate to which he is entitled.
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, LOUIE
CUGENE CARTER, JR., as personal representative without bond of
this my Last Will and Testament, If, for any reason, my said son
