The ~ercise of the foregoinq power and discretion by my Personal
Rep~eserrtative shall not be subject to objection by or on behalf af any
beneficiary under this Will, regardless af its effect upon the interest ~
the beneficiary.
C. ~ispositive Prwisions. This trust s~iall be known and re-
ferred to as "'T'rust A", a.rici shall be held, managed and distributed by
my Trustee upon the following terms and conditions:
1. Distr~ution cd Income to wife for Life. My Trustee shall
dis±ribute all of the income to or for the bene~it of my wife so lonq
as she shall live.
~. Distr~ution c~ Principal to Wife. In addition, my Trustee
may distr~ute to or for the benefit of my wife so much of the principal
as my Truste~ in my Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, shall
ceem necESSary or desirable for the proper healt~~, maintenance and
sup~rt of mp ~uife.
L. Inter Vivos Power of Appointment. My wife shall have the
o.;wer, at any time during her lifetime, by specific reference to fliis
power in an i.nstrument in writir.g executed and delivered to my Trustee,

she pleases, in such prop~rtions and subject to such trusts and condi

E. seneral Pcwer o~ Appointment My wife shall also have
the power, exercisable by specific reference to this power in her valid
Last ~Nill 3nd ~'estament, to appoint ali or any part af ~he principal
remainin~ at the time of her death, free and clear of any trust to her
