C. Retention for Minors. If at the times a~ the above ~~-~sting
or distr~ution any beneficiary has reached 21 years cd age, then his or
her share shall be distributed absolutely to such beneficiary. If the
beneficiary has not yet reached 21 years of age, my Trustee shall con- '
tinue to hold such Trust share a.~ a separate trust until he or she III
attains such age. ~urinq such time, my Trustee shall distribute to or
for the benefit of such beneficiary ;o much o~ the income and principal of
sach beneficiary's separate trust as the Trustee, in its absolute discretio
shall deem necessary or desirable to provide for the proper health,
education, ma.intenance and support of such b enef ic iary. If any bene -
ficiaxy dies prior to reaching 21 years of age, then his or her separate
trust shall be distributed by my Trustee to his or her estate.
ARTICLE VII~ENERAL PROVISI~NS
The followin,g provisions shall apply to any and all trusts
created under this Will, unless herein provided otherwise:
A. Payment to or for Incomp etents or Minors. My Trustee
may make distr~utions for the bene~it of any adult beneficiary hereunder
directly to that beneficiary or to his or her legal guardian if ~:e or she
should be inco:~petent, or in direct pa,yment of his or her expenses af
the types that the Trustee is auihorized hereby to meet~ My 'I~ustee
may make papm ents f or the b enef it af any m inor b enef ic ia.ry to his or hE
natural guardian or te any other person having care or custody of such
minor, or in direct payment of his or her expenses of the type my
Trustee is authorized hereby to mee~ The Trustee shall not be
obligated to see to the application of funds so disbursed, and the receipt
of the payee shall ful~;~ protect the Trustee if the Tr;:stee exercises due
care in selecting the person paid. /~ _
