E. Frequency af Distribution cff Incom~ Unless otherwise
specifically indicated under the terms cd this Will, any distribution of
income required to be made under any trust created under this Will
shall be made at tirnes fixed by the Trustee but at least as often as
quarter-annually.
F, Other Resources. In exer~ising the discretionary power of
distribution of principal and income to or for the bene~it of the various
beneficiaries, my Trustee may, but need not, consider any other
resources of said beneficiary.

A. Appointment of Personal Representative. I appoint my wife
CORA R. HUDOCK, as Executrix af my Estate. If she predeceases me
or declines to serve for any reason wnatsoever, I appoint our son
; EORGE C. HUDOCK as Executor.
B. A~intment of Trustee. I appoint our son GEORGE C.
HLI~OCK te serve as the Trustee for each Trust hereby created. If he
p~_-~e~:e~;~ases me or fails to serve in such capa.city for any reason
~rhat~oever, I appoint FIRST NATIONAL BANK AN~ TRUST COhZPANY
OF STUART to serve as '$~ustee.
C. Waiver of Bond. I direct that no Persona.I Represent~ative
and Trustee named in this Article shall be required to furnish any
bond or other security in any jurisdiction for the faithful performance
af their duties as such, the same being specifically waived hereby.
D. Successor Corporate Personal Representative and Trustee.
Any successor Personal F,epresentative or Trustee to the First National
