HomeMy WebLinkAbout1578 .~ Bank and Trust Company of Stua.rt, whether by consolidation, merqer, transfer or trust business, conversion into a different type orqanization, resiqnation or otherwise, shall succeed as Trustee or Personal Repre- sentative with like effect as though originally named as such. E. Accounting. I hereby waive compliance by my Trustee with the provisions of Chapter 737 of the Florida Statutes as it now exists or as it may hereafter be amended, and i furtner waive compliance with any other law nor or hereafter in effect requiring qualification, adrainis- tration or filinq of accountings by my Trustee to any court. F. Acco~antitict ~v Trust~es. The 'I'rustee shall orepare an acc~unt for each taxable year of each trust, and, whenever a Trustee ceases to serve, an account shall be prepared from the time o~ the last prior account throix~h the end of the period of service. The Trustee shall keep each account available for inspection by and may deliver copies to the beneficiaries eligible u•ithin the period covered thereby to receive benefits from the trust which is the subject of said account The written approval of an account by such a beneficiary, or by his or her pa.rent or guardian if such beneficiary is a minor or otherv~~se incompe- tent, shall be final and binding as to all matters stated therein or shown thereby upon that beneficiary and upon all persons then ~r thereafter claiming any interest through or under hirr, or her in the income or principal of such trus~ Failure o~ such bene~iciary, or af his or her parent or qua.rdian if such beneficiary is a minor or otherwise incompe- tent, to deliver to the Trustee written objection to an acco~:nt within thirty (30) days after receipt thereof shall constitute the f inal and binding appraval thereof by that beneficia.ry. ~ ~ Geor e P.
