G. Compensation af Trustee. The Trustee shall be entitlPd
to reasonable compensation for services rendered hereunder. Any
additional duties and responsibilities due to acquisition of additional
trust property or the transfer into trust of additional property shall be
considered in determining the amount, but it shali not e~ceec~i the amount
allowable by law at the tixne compensation becomes payable.
ARTICLE IX - POWERS
A. General Powers. In the a~dmLlistration of my estate, I do
hereby vest my Executrix and Trustee or any successor with full power
of sale and with power to mortgage any assets af my estate, whether
real or personal; to sell for cash or credit; to compromise any claims
belonging to and against my estate, as they may deem lawful; to -retain
such securities, property and investments that I may own at the time of
my death for such period of time as they may deem advi.sable and to
invest and reinvest my property as they deem advisable, whether or not
such investments 3re authorized by law as investments for fiduciaries;
to distribute in cash or in kind or partly in cash and partly in kind.
B. Election re Deductions. My Executrix may exerci`e the
election to take incorr~e tax deductions or estate t~ deductions whenever
the law permits such an election, in such manner as my Executrix, in
her sole discretion, shall detern~ine after taking into ac:count the total
tax liability of the estate and the beneficiaries thereof. There shall be
no reimbursement or adjustment ~ the accounts of the estate either
as to principal or income or otherwise, or of the shares c~ beneficiarie;
in income or principal, by reason ~f the exercise of that election by
my Executrix, and such election shall be conclusive and bindirx,~ upon all
parties.
