C. Additional Powers. I do further grant to my Executrix and +
Trustee named herein or any successors thereof all of the powers
granted to fiduciaries as set forth in Chapter 690 o~ the Fiorida Statutes
(Uni.form Principal and Income Law) and Chapter 691 af the Fiorida
Statutes (Uniform Trust Administration Law?, together :=.~i~h ?ny ?r!~!end-
ments thereto, as fully as if sa.id powers were set out in fuLl in this

D. Termina.tion of Trust. My Trustee may termina.te any
trust herein created when in the so1.e judgment c~ the Trustee, the
corpus of the trust is or becomes too small an a.mount to warrant the
existence of the trust, taking into consideration the zntended purposes
behind the formation of said trus~
