7. It is proposed that all the asets of the decedent,
including exempt property, be distributed or disposed of as
follows:

of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 27, a sub-
division according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 5 of the Public Records.of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Dorothy M. Doebler An undivided one-half (1/2) interest
12 Counsilman Road in and to that tract or parcel of
Binghamton, NY 13905 land described, situate, lying and
being in City of Port St. Lucie,
County of St. Lucie and Tate of
Florida, to-wit: Lot 41, Block 118
of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 27, a sub-

thereof recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 5 of the Publ ic Records of St .
Lucie County, Florida.
8. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codi-
cil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. A copy of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent
dated December 15, 1971 is in the possession of the above court
or accompanies this petition.
10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request
that the decedent' s last Will be admitted to ~robate and an
order of summary administration be entered directing distribu-
tion of the assets in the estate in accordance with the sched-
ule set forth in paragraph 7 of this petition.
