~ I, BEATRICE E. LaVAUTE, residing in the Town of
~ Chenango, in the County of Broome and State of New York, being
~~ of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to

~~Q ~ be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following,

FIRST: I hereby expressly revoke all wills and
codicils heretofore made by me.
SECOND: I direct that all of my enforceable debts,
funeral and testamentary expenses, be paid by my Executor as soon
as practical, including all estate, inheritance and like taxes
imposed by the government of the United States or any state or

included in my gross estate for estate or like tax purposes by
any such government, whether the property passes under this h'ill
or otherwise, without contribution by any recipient of any such
property. Said payments shall be made without apportionment
against any legacy or devise herein made, and shall be paid from
my residuary estate as set forth in paragraph "Fifth" of this,
my last Will and Testament.
THIRD: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ''
Dollars (~1,000.00) to each of my grandchildren who survive me.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) to each of my~great grandchildren who survive
me.
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, -;

residue and remainder of my property, of every kind, nature and :
description, real, or personal, tangible or int~angible, wherever
it may be located or situated, including any lapsed or void
legacy or right hereunder, equally to my daughters, Mau~ine G. ~
Jagger and Dorothy M. Doebler. In the event my daughter, Maxine -_-_
G. Jagger does not survive me, then and in that event, her share
shall lapse and be paid equally to my grandchildren surviving me.
Providing further, that in the event my daughter porothy M. Doebler,
