does not survive me, then and in that event, her share shall lapse
and be paid equally to my grandchildren surviving me. In the
event neither my daughter, Maxine G. Jagger nor my daughter porothy
M. Doebler survive me, then and in that event, my entire estate
shall be paid equally to my grandchildren surviv~ng me.
SIXTH: I her~by appoint Harold vroman as Executor
of this, my last Will and Testament, and in the event he does not
survive me, or refuses or is unable to act as my Executor, then and
~ in that event, I appoint my daughters, Maxine G, Jagger and Dorothy
M. Doebler, as Executrices of this, my last Will and Testament, and ;
I direct that neither my Executor nor my daughters, if they should '
act as my Executrices, shall be required to post a bond or other
security for the performance of his or their dutj~ as Executor or '
Executrices. I
